To do this quickly, try to light two at a time by lining the fire up horizontally or vertically, although it isn't necessary (but recommended). You have to light all four torches in the middle of the chasm up to make the sealed door at the north of the room up. Place a block on the question mark with the Cane of Somaria and equip the Fire Rod. When you get to the first door on the right-hand side, ignore it and go up to the top door on the right hand side of this room. Once back here, use the Cane of Somaria again to make another block over the question mark. This'll let Link walk backwards, through the door, and back to the previous room. To avoid this, power up your sword and don't let go. There's a laser eye over the door, and when you look at it, the door closes and the eye shoots lasers. Avoid the fireballs and spikes and open the treasure chest to get the dungeon's Compass. Get off of the block and go south through the door there. On here, use the Cane of Somaria again to make a block, and go left to the adjacent platform. Step on this block to travel across the chasm to the other side, and go through the door into the next room. Use the Cane of Somaria on it to make a block appear. I'd recommend that you fill three of your bottles with Red Potion and one of your bottles with a Green (magic) Potion. It'll tell you that you'll need magic potions here to survive. Once that's said and done, jump off of the cliff and enter Turtle Rock!Īs soon as you enter Turtle rock, go to your left and read the Sahasrahla plaque there. Stand on it and use the Quake Medallion to make the door to Turtle Rock open. You'll see an emblem matching the Quake Medallion on the floor in front of you. You'll be on a cliff above the entrance to Turtle Rock. When that's all done, a warp to the Dark World will appear. Equip the Hammer and pound them in in this order: Right, Up, Left. In the farthest eastward area from the tower, there's a cliff with three stakes on it. Once that's all done (see the appendices for information on how to acquire that stuff), it's time to go to Turtle Rock, the seventh and final Crystal Dungeon in the Dark World! We're so close to Ganon we can taste it! What you need to do is get all the way up Death Mountain in the Light World, as far to the right of the Tower of Hera as possible. Collect the Heart Container and walk north to collect the Sea Lily’s Bell. Before heading to Turtle Rock, we need to do a few things. After about four hits to each eye, the boss is defeated. When they land, they stun Link, giving the second slime a chance to land on him. Now split into two, these begin jumping around. Once the enemy is as far apart from its other half as possible, dash at the last strand of slime holding them together. Attack the boss’ eye and it will begin to separate. Pegasus Dash at the northern wall to make this boss show himself. Kill the enemies in the next two rooms and enter the Nightmare Door. Dash and jump to catch the ladder then make your way down the furthest east ladder. Walk south, then unlock the four key blocks and head downstairs.ĭash into the red Thwomp and make your way across the gap. Collect the key and make your way back to the mini-boss room. Downstairs, unlock the room on the right and kill all the enemies inside. Warp back to the spawn and keep walking north until you reach the stairs. Follow the path up, dash jump again and claim the Nightmare Key from the chest. Bomb the southern wall and use a dash jump to get across the gap. Bomb the west wall, defeat the enemies inside and claim the next key. Head through the north-east entrance, kill the Bombites and the Zols then enter the room to the left to collect the Compass. Warp back to the mini-boss room, then head south, walk to the very east wall and walk up. Dash into the vacuum monster and collect the key from the chest. Warp back to the first room and head right. Our next job is to collect the remaining keys in the dungeon. Dash into the two black tent-like blocks at the bottom of the room and push the boulder out of your way to leave. In the next room, push the boulders blocking your way to get the Pegasus Boots, which will allow us to sprint and therefore jump further distances. After both are dead, a warp spot appears. If done correctly, they’ll scoop them up for dinner, exploding their intestinal tracts in the process. These two boys absolutely love bombs, so the aim of this fight is to throw bombs in their path.
